With confinement, many French people have chosen to look for a property with an outdoor space. This strong desire to be able to put one's nose outside without leaving one's home also echoes the weariness of Parisians of having to take roads that are often overloaded to get to the countryside for a weekend.
Benoît Vitu made this observation 21 years ago when he created Terrasses et Jardins. Romain Cartier met him to discuss his vision of the property market and his relationship with VM AGENCE.
It was in 1999 that Benoît Vitu created the Terrasses et Jardins agency. And over the past 21 years, he has noticed that his clients are increasingly demanding in their search for a property with a terrace, an outdoor courtyard or a garden.
"People no longer want to drive to the country at the weekend, they may have difficulty getting around Paris and in the end they stay at home more", he told Romain Cartier.
Real estate competition in this very specific niche exists, but Terrasses et Jardins has the track record, and therefore the experience, to take centre stage against this same competition.
20%: this is the part of the turnover of Terrasses et Jardins that is automatically allocated to communication each year. And we can say that it is a success: the agency in the 14th arrondissement where Romain Cartier met Benoît Vitu stands out with a pretty window display, with beautiful photos. This window is visible to both pedestrians and motorists.
At the same time, a partnership with VM AGENCY has been in place since 2000. Business cards, brochures, logos, websites, shop windows, word clouds on agency walls, visual identity and websites are the result of a close relationship between the founder of Terrasses et Jardins and the creative staff of VM AGENCE. Other beautiful projects are to come, and the colour green will be in the spotlight.
Go out at home with Terrasses et Jardins!
