Romain Cartier met Cyrille Kadoch, the co-founder of the "Bonjour Oscar" real estate network, at his agency in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, located on rue des Dames.
Beyond a name that inevitably appeals, the 5 Bonjour Oscar agencies, all located in Paris, have made sure to differentiate themselves from the competition by focusing on a refined style and sharp communication. A communication to which VITRINEMEDIA is no stranger: we tell you why in the following lines.
Before telling you more about the history that unites VITRINEMEDIA and Bonjour Oscar, let's go back to the creation of the Parisian brand. It all started with a meeting: that of Marc Mendeville and Cyrille Kadoch, in 2009. Following this meeting, they created their first agency in the 20th arrondissement in the Ménilmontant district.
This agency worked well right away, thanks in particular to a striking communication that stood out from other real estate agencies. 11 years later, Bonjour Oscar has no less than 5 agencies (Menilmontant, but also Bastille Saint-Antoine, Pyrénées, Charonne and Place de Clichy - Batignolles) and 30 employees.
Bonjour Oscar has placed particular emphasis on two elements over the years:
A very elaborate recruitment and training programme for employees
Thanks to a continuous training program, in adequacy with the local market, the collaborators who launch in the Bonjour Oscar adventure benefit from a rise in power throughout their first year. This programme is particularly appreciated by the agents, who then become the first ambassadors of the brand for future recruitments.
A refined agency front
Thanks to a pure and sober window, focusing on the design and the quality of the photos displayed, Bonjour Oscar has always made sure to show its clients from the street the life that takes place within its agencies. Thus, this transparency allows these same customers to push the doors of the agency more easily.
This transparency was also made possible thanks to the original formats of displays proposed by VITRINEMEDIA, such as A0 or A2.
It is with great pride that Cyrille Kadoch presents us with his large, bright and always uncluttered interior logo. You can guess the design and chic spirit of the agency! Window displays from A4 to A0, LCD screens, agency storefronts, banner signs: since 2012, Bonjour Oscar has been advised and supported by VM AGENCE.
Several future projects are underway, such as the harmonisation of the signs on all 5 branches, as well as new frontages with flag signs. Everything will be in place by October 2020!
